Job Summary

As a Formulation Laboratory Technician at Kaztronix, you will play a pivotal role in the development of innovative consumer products. Working in our state-of-the-art laboratory facility in Princeton, NJ, you will be responsible for formulating small batches of products and conducting rigorous testing to ensure their quality and efficacy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and formulate small batches of various consumer products, including personal care items, household products, and cosmetics.
- Conduct comprehensive testing of formulated batches to assess their performance and stability, including viscosity, pH levels, and overall product performance evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development processes.
- Maintain detailed records of formulations, testing procedures, and results, adhering to strict documentation standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to product formulation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a Scientific Discipline, such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in academic or industrial settings with pH and viscosity testing techniques.
- Previous experience in personal care or consumer product formulation is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively
