**Job Summary:**
As a Registered Professional Nurse in our ICU Residency Program, you will be responsible for independently planning and providing professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex medical conditions
* Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient preferences and goals
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing
* Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse
* Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
* Other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* BSN degree
* Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific
