About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dispensary Associate to join our team. As a Dispensary Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting patients in acquiring medical cannabis, educating them about strains, effects, and different modalities of medicating with medical cannabis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Acquisition and Education: Provide knowledgeable and welcoming service to prospective, new, and returning patients, assisting them in selecting the right medical cannabis products and educating them about the benefits and effects of different strains.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Enter each sale into the POS system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Dispensary Operations: Work closely with dispensary managers to maintain a clean and organized dispensary area, ensuring a positive and compliant customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent patient service and people skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with electronic records preferred, with the ability to learn software and systems quickly.
  • Communication Skills: Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
