Part-Time Recreational Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recreational Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our staff, you will assist with program development, lead classes, organize staff training, help with evaluations, coordinate administrative tasks, and more.

The successful candidate will have prior teaching experience, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for program planning, teaching gymnastics classes, ensuring safety, managing staff, and communicating with parents.

Job Summary:

  • Assist with program development, lead classes, organize staff training, help with evaluations, coordinate administrative tasks, and more

Requirements:

  • Caring and compassion for children and adults
  • Prior teaching experience
  • Strong ability to problem-solve with great attention to detail
  • Great attitude and willingness to be coached

Salary Range: $42,000 - $52,000 per year
