As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the superintendent in overseeing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to project schedules. You will coordinate subcontractors and vendors, facilitating efficient workflow and timely project completion. Additionally, you will assist in monitoring and enforcing safety protocols and quality standards on site. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate project documentation, including daily reports and construction logs. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure project goals are met. Furthermore, you will manage material and equipment deliveries to support construction operations. You will also assist in conducting site inspections and walkthroughs to identify potential hazards and maintain site cleanliness.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of construction experience. You will also need to be willing to become OSHA 30 Certified. Proficiency with construction site technologies is a must, and a trades background is a huge plus.
