Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-job planning
• Track costs and labor
• Manage document control
• Procure materials and tools
• Coordinate subcontractors
• Ensure contract compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent construction/Union trade background
• Internships or relevant work experience
• Strong work ethic
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time
• Excellent communication skills
