Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Cath Lab team in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practice and critical thinking to make informed decisions and provide optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in perioperative nursing to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in a Cath Lab or perioperative setting.
  • Advanced certifications in perioperative nursing, such as CNOR or CRNFA, preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of productivity.
