Career Opportunities in Gastroenterology: Norton Medical Group is recruiting board-certified or board-eligible physicians specializing in general and advanced gastroenterology to join its growing practice.

Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively with hospitalists, intensivists, and emergency department physicians at all four of our adult-service hospitals. We are part of a large referring network of over 2,000 employed medical providers, including more than 300 adult primary care practitioners.

About the Positions
  • We offer competitive base salary, plus production and quality bonus plans, totaling up to $150,000 in recruitment incentives.
  • Annual continuing medical education and license fee/dues reimbursement allowance

Gastroenterology Job Description
  • General Gastroenterology: Training in endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography preferred
  • Work schedule includes a combination of office and hospital consultation work, together with daily block scheduling for a full array of state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal procedures.
Advanced Gastroenterology Job Requirements
  • Advanced gastroenterology fellowship training preferred
  • Experience in endoscopic ultrasound, single-balloon enteroscopy, and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $400,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
