We are seeking a skilled Medication Management Specialist to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
  • Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote resident-centered care while demonstrating Sunrise Senior Living's mission.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of six months' experience working with seniors in assisted living, home health, independent living, hospital, or long-term care environments.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or GED.
  • Medication management certification is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
