Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Patisserie Specialist to join our team at One Vegas Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of sweet and savory pastries, desserts, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality desserts and sweets, including cakes, pies, cookies, breads, and pastries in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Develop new and innovative recipes to enhance the menu and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate expertise in decorating cakes and baked goods to create visually appealing presentations.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Prepare custom orders and special requests as needed.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, including washing dishes and mopping floors.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Familiarity with gluten-free baking, sugar-free baking, and other ingredient limitations.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and adherence to established guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A valid health card is required.
