Solar Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about helping people save money and make a positive impact on the environment? Do you have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills? We're looking for a talented Solar Sales Consultant to join our team at PosiGen, a rapidly growing residential solar company committed to making solar energy accessible to all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale
  • Build a 'book of business' through self-generated leads, including generating referrals, prospecting, direct marketing, and more
  • Leverage proprietary referral app and incentives to help jump-start your business
  • Attend company-provided appointments and help homeowners execute documents and provide necessary information to maximize their savings by going solar
  • Maintain an ongoing partnership with valued customers, offering support throughout the entire installation and activation process
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Prior sales experience or college or military experience preferred
  • Proficient with computer programs, including Salesforce CRM
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
