Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to work with internal partners to support technology decisions to transform software development, increase developer productivity, and improve solution delivery timelines to our customers.

This role requires a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC) methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have experience with agile development methodologies and be able to work well in teams.

Responsibilities include working with product teams to develop highly scalable, flexible, and resilient software solutions, partnering with system architects and product owners to re-architect products, and ensuring products and solutions are code quality, application security, accessibility, and 508 compliant.

The successful candidate will also have experience with cloud infrastructure, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Cloud, and IBM Cloud, and be able to configure application code on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

Additionally, the candidate will have experience with COTS products, such as COGNOS, CRM, IVR, Oracle E-Business Suite, IBM DataStage, IBM Watson Analytics, Salesforce, PEGA, MuleSoft, Document Management Tools (FileNet, SharePoint), Oracle SOA, Pitney Bowes - EngageOne, EDIFECS - XEngine, and be able to integrate COTS solutions with large-scale web applications and relational databases.

The candidate will also have experience with single sign-on (SSO) integration for enterprise applications and identity and access management (IAM).

Requirements include a BS in Computer Science or related discipline and 5+ years of software development experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application security and architecture, as well as experience creating functional and technical COTS documentation.
