IT Support Manager

An entertainment company in Greenwood Village is seeking an IT Support Manager to lead their technical operations team. This individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing the team to meet the unique demands of the entertainment and media industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily IT support operations and manage service desk activities
  • Resolve complex technical issues and ensure exceptional service levels
  • Develop and oversee budgets related to IT support operations
  • Analyze and monitor KPI's and service metrics to identify areas for improvement

This role requires availability after hours and weekends as needed and carrying a mobile device with the potential for rotating on-call duty.

Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in IT Support, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operation systems
  • Understanding of TCP/IP and networking
  • Working knowledge of W3C web standards and guidelines
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
