Job Overview
Forthright Case Management Llc is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Case Manager. In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating and coordinating medical care for injured employees. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the care of patients, attend medical appointments, visit hospitals, and coordinate medical equipment and home modifications.

This position offers a unique blend of remote and in-person work, allowing for flexibility and autonomy. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of healthcare professionals, including physicians, insurance company adjusters, and attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of medical care for injured employees.
  • Oversee patient care, attend medical appointments, and visit hospitals.
  • Coordinate medical equipment and home modifications.

Requirements:
  • Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Valid AZ Driver's License and AZ Auto Insurance.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) - required.
