Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CFM 56 Engine Shop Technician to join our team at Total Aviation Staffing, LLC in Tucson, Arizona.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in module removal and installation, as well as expertise in borescope inspections, top and bottom case repairs, engine changes, QEC procedures, AD and SB modifications, hot section replacements, fan blade replacements, lease returns, and pre-buy inspections.

The estimated salary for this position is around $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and the candidate's level of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, test, repair, and reassemble engines, modules, and components
  • Perform regular inspections and diagnose malfunctions
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a CFM 56 Engine Technician/Mechanic
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A&P License or equivalent Return to Service (RTS) documentation
