Position Summary: We are in search of a highly qualified and driven General Manager for our truss manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in manufacturing leadership, particularly within the truss sector. This role demands outstanding leadership capabilities, strategic foresight, and operational proficiency to enhance productivity, ensure quality, and maximize profitability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage the daily functions of the truss manufacturing plant, ensuring streamlined production processes, compliance with safety regulations, and timely product delivery.
- Leadership: Inspire, guide, and supervise plant personnel, including production teams, supervisors, and support staff. Cultivate a positive workplace culture, encourage professional growth, and resolve personnel challenges.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at boosting production efficiency, minimizing costs, and enhancing product quality. Evaluate production metrics and market dynamics to inform decision-making.
