Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchase orders in SAP for finished goods and packaging materials.
  • Confirm receipt of orders with suppliers via EDI portal or email documentation.
  • Maintain POs based on current status of delivery dates and quantities from updates from CMOs and packaging suppliers.
  • Communicate and resolve any PO problems with Planning and CMO Manager.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any PO receipt issues.
  • Maintain master data for all inventory purchased items.
  • Transact into SAP weekly consumption of packaging materials.
  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliations with CMOs.
  • Assist Inventory Analyst with inventory discrepancies.
  • Attend and participate in pertinent meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Two or more years demonstrated procurement buying experience.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects.
  • SAP experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in supplier management.
  • Experience driving change and improving end-to-end processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Results focus and customer service oriented.
