Job Summary

As a Support Specialist - Community Engagement at Bridgewell, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional support through community housing, day programs, outpatient treatment, recovery services, education, and employment training.

We are seeking an experienced professional who shares our passion for creating a diverse environment where everyone can thrive. If you have a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
  • Create opportunities and provide support to individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
  • Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license, minimum of one year of driving experience, and computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.

Bridgewell offers competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
