Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Staff Attorney to join our premier Private Credit Department, working from our Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York, or Washington, DC office. This role involves working on various financing transactions, including cash flow deals, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and asset-based financings. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters at a nationally recognized law firm or other relevant legal experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct lending transactions and provide support for clients
* Analyze financial data and advise on loan structuring and risk assessment
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic solutions for clients
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure expertise in private credit and finance

Requirements:
* J.D. degree from an accredited law school
* 3-6 years of experience in private credit/finance matters
* Excellent communication and analytical skills
* Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
