We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our Timken Aurora Bearing team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, install, move, modify and fabricate equipment system fixtures and processes.
- Follow verbal and/or written instructions, including service manuals, parts maintenance, and work orders.
- Perform basic carpentry layout, fabrication, welding, plumbing, piping, wiring, mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, painting, measuring machinery, and electrical work.
- Collaborate with supervisors, lead persons, and operators from other departments to analyze equipment problems.
- Maintain facility requirements and work with outside service personnel as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED (validation required).
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment as a maintenance mechanic (minimum 1 year experience, preferred to have three years of experience).
- Experience with 480 voltage a plus.
- Troubleshooting CNC experience preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk 8 hours per day.
- Forklift and scissor lift experience preferred but will train.
- General HVAC knowledge a plus.

Salary: $27 - $29 / hr
