Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to serve as a Charge Nurse at Regency Integrated Health Services. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Patient Care: Conduct regular rounds to assess patient condition, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Medication Administration: Safely administer medications as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and reporting any adverse reactions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document patient information, including assessments, care plans, and medication administration, and report significant changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Licensure: Active Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Texas.
  • Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
