Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Lawton Standard. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our foundry equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment within the foundry, including electrical infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot problems as they arise and complete long-term projects to maximize equipment runtime.
  • Maintain and repair existing electrical infrastructure using drawings and blueprints.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize maintenance processes.
  • Operate in response to requests from the Facilities Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor, setting priorities as required.
Requirements
  • Journeyman Electrician preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set instructions.
  • Proven team player with a strong work record in safety, quality, and dependability.
  • Minimum of three years of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and overall machine troubleshooting experience.
  • Ability to work well and communicate with all functional departments within the company and outside vendors/contractors.
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance procedures and associated documentation.
