We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team at Autocar, LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Develop and guide the manufacturing team, providing guidance and support to ensure peak performance and productivity.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Quality Control: Oversee and manage customer quality issues, collaborating with internal teams to resolve root cause analysis.
- Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration across departments and stations to achieve value stream goals.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or engineering in a leadership role.
- Education: BS/BA in Engineering, preferably manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering technology, or a BS in Operations/Manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information efficiently, drive to continuously build knowledge and skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
