Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.31 to $21.50, with an additional $2 per hour shift differential for evening shifts, ensuring compliance with local minimum wage laws. Initial compensation may vary based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements. Our comprehensive benefits package may include healthcare, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, along with perks such as paid time off, vacation leave, paid holidays, bereavement leave, and retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing prescription orders for distribution and perform non-technical tasks to support central pharmacy operations.
  • Package, organize, and document prescription orders as required.
  • Oversee inventory management, process orders, inspect pharmaceuticals and supplies, maintain stock levels, and manage expired items.
  • Ensure sufficient stock levels to avoid shortages and align with team and organizational objectives.
  • Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and ethical practices.
  • Restock automated dispensing machines, rotate inventory, and maintain precise records.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Technicians and provide assistance as necessary.
Qualifications
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items.
  • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and adhering to specific shift requirements.
  • Possess a Pharmacy Assistant License in Washington, with preferred experience in central fulfillment or closed-door pharmacy environments.
  • Prefer a role in a non-customer-facing environment.
