Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Project Estimator in ground-up construction, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with estimation software and tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work with construction blueprints, contracts, and specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and piping is a plus.
