The IT Manager plays a critical role in providing technology support to all members of the organization. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and procure hardware and software to meet user requirements
- Install and configure hardware and peripheral components
- Provide technical support for voice and phone systems
- Load software packages and provide network and server administration
- Assist in customizing and adapting existing programs
- Provide telephone, in-person, and online support to end-users
- Repair IT hardware issues and connect users to networks
- Administer email and anti-virus systems
- Coordinate with vendors for technology-related services
- Perform other duties as assigned
This position works weekdays with some weekends required to meet IT needs. The IT Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role
- Knowledge of IT software, hardware, and systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Strict attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
- Positive attitude, proactive mentality, and strong work ethic
