Job Title: IT Manager

The IT Manager plays a critical role in providing technology support to all members of the organization. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and procure hardware and software to meet user requirements
  • Install and configure hardware and peripheral components
  • Provide technical support for voice and phone systems
  • Load software packages and provide network and server administration
  • Assist in customizing and adapting existing programs
  • Provide telephone, in-person, and online support to end-users
  • Repair IT hardware issues and connect users to networks
  • Administer email and anti-virus systems
  • Coordinate with vendors for technology-related services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Work Environment:

This position works weekdays with some weekends required to meet IT needs. The IT Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role
  • Knowledge of IT software, hardware, and systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint
  • Strict attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships
  • Positive attitude, proactive mentality, and strong work ethic
