Physical Therapist Specialist

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a valued member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional rehabilitation services.
About the Role:- We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
In this rewarding position, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective strategies for recovery. Your expertise will be utilized to promote healing, improve functional independence, and enhance overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and record patient care data, adhering to departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare for evaluations by obtaining patient history, researching diagnoses, and selecting relevant tests and measures.
- Formulate diagnoses, goals, and plans of care based on evaluation results, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team as needed.
- Establish treatment plans, modify as necessary, and initiate discharge plans.
- Provide education and training to patients and their support systems, promoting health literacy and empowering individuals to manage their conditions effectively.
- Oversight of support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, to ensure seamless delivery of patient care services.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
- Completed state-regulated CEU requirements.
- Valid CPR license.
- Experience with EMR software is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong clinical decision-making abilities, and excellent work ethic.
