We are seeking skilled and certified Automotive Service Technicians to join our team at Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus. As a top-rated dealership in the region, we offer a stable and secure work environment with opportunities for growth and career advancement.
Salary DetailsThe estimated annual salary for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000, based on experience and certifications. Our pay structure includes a competitive hourly rate, monthly commission, and bonus opportunities for meeting production targets.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for efficiently performing repairs and maintenance as specified on the repair order, conducting test-drives and diagnostics using specialized tools, and collaborating directly with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of Service Technician experience preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
- A-level skills, including Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technology
- Team-oriented, ambitious, and customer-focused attitude
- Consistent Work Schedule—Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with only one Saturday required per month
