Your role will involve identifying, assessing, and mitigating security vulnerabilities, while proposing effective solutions to uphold our commitment to trust.

As a cloud-native enterprise, Odaseva provides an environment where you can apply and refine your expertise with state-of-the-art technologies, free from the constraints of outdated systems.

Your Responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and executing technical security measures to oversee and manage the security of our cloud environment, proprietary code, and SaaS offerings.
  • Evaluating and tracking risk patterns through SIEM alerts, scanning tools, penetration assessments, and other methodologies.
  • Determining root causes, spearheading remediation initiatives, and optimizing security standards.
  • Collaborating closely with Product, Infrastructure, R&D, and business units to formulate actionable strategies for addressing security challenges.
  • Questioning current security protocols and practices, updating, replacing, or automating them as necessary.
  • Engaging with security colleagues globally to harness collective knowledge in tackling security issues.
  • Encouraging a persistent emphasis on security within the development and operations community through training, mentoring, process integration, and automation, thereby nurturing a robust SecOps culture.
You will bring:
  • Significant experience in architecting and deploying security solutions for cloud environments and SaaS applications.
  • Proficient skills in Linux and public cloud security (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SIEM technologies.
  • Capability to code (NodeJS / scripting / terraform) for automating security measures.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as CIS benchmarks, STIG, and NIST guidelines (FedRamp).
  • Expertise in auditing and securing Salesforce applications.
  • A collaborative approach to working across various regions and teams to achieve organizational security objectives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead Security role.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Ability to convey findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A developer-oriented mindset and background.
