Utiliza los Centros de Excelencia Estratégica de Visions (Adquisición de Talento, Gestión del Talento y Recompensas Totales) para construir un grupo de talento destacado, impulsar la gestión del rendimiento, revisiones de talento, planificación de sucesiones, capacitación y desarrollo, y ofrecer compensaciones y beneficios competitivos en el mercado.
Identifica brechas de rendimiento en individuos, equipos y líderes, así como en la estructura organizativa, y actúa como un impulsor de mejora del rendimiento para promover e implementar iniciativas de gestión del cambio dentro de la unidad de negocio asignada.
Promueve y facilita la transferencia de mejores prácticas a través de recursos humanos y en toda la organización, según corresponda.
Administra la nómina utilizando software ADP.
Dirige o participa en proyectos especiales según sea necesario.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones:
Se requiere un título universitario o diploma en recursos humanos o un campo relacionado.
Se prefiere certificación PHR, SPHR u otra certificación relacionada con recursos humanos.
Se prefiere más de 4 años de experiencia laboral en recursos humanos en la industria manufacturera.
Conocimiento sólido de leyes de recursos humanos/cumplimiento, compensación, desarrollo organizacional, desarrollo de liderazgo, procesos de contratación/despido y gestión de riesgos.
Conocimiento considerable de preparación, cálculo y métodos de procesamiento de nómina.
Dominio de aplicaciones de Microsoft Office, incluyendo Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.
