Job Description

At SpeeDee - A Plus Automotive, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our team. As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business continues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring that they are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train a team of store managers and staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies and goals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the retail or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of success in increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
