Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in overseeing car wash operations and supervising crew activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of wash packages and promotional offers.
  • Promote Loyalty and Rewards membership programs to customers.
  • Safely operate car wash equipment and handle cleaning chemicals.
  • Guide customers during their entry and exit from the car wash tunnel.
  • Perform vehicle preparation tasks, including vacuuming and trash removal.
  • Detail and polish vehicles for both interior and exterior cleanliness.
  • In select locations, drive customer vehicles to and from the wash tunnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the premises, including waste disposal and general upkeep.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • A collaborative team player focused on enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in retail, leadership, or car wash environments is preferred.
  • Exemplary customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
