  • Warmly welcome all customers entering the showroom.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Clearly communicate the appointment policies to clients.
  • Oversee customer sign-ins, maintain the central appointment schedule, and manage customer job folders.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • A high school diploma is required.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
