LMI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intelligence Analyst to support and collaborate with analytical counterparts across the Organization and U.S. Intelligence Community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement all-source analytic/collection strategies to pursue access and exploitation of targets of interest, utilizing knowledge of threat environments, open-source and mission unique collection tools, and current implementation of threat technologies.
  • Utilize HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, and OSINT to identify entities or targets of interest, their methods, value, motives, and capabilities, determine malicious behavior, and recognize emergent patterns and linkages to visualize the larger picture.
  • Retrieve, fuse, and supply network and all-source threat and vulnerability data from current systems, data stores, and local files to create and disseminate all-source analysis and reporting, enhancing situational awareness in support of mission objectives, priorities, or exigent operational needs.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate research of geographic or functional areas, ensuring comprehensive and accurate analysis.
  • Perform extensive multi-INT analysis, produce technical intelligence reports in support of special programs, and provide expertise and leadership in the development of finished intelligence products, assessments, and recommendations.
Requirements
  • 6-8 continuous years of work experience in multi-Intelligence experience, including a solid understanding of the SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, Open-Source, and Geospatial intelligence disciplines, and a bachelor's degree.
  • Work experience must include 6-8 years of multi-Intelligence experience within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and/or IC, with demonstrable critical thinking, advanced research, problem-solving, operational, and leadership experiences.
  • Areas of expertise must include at least two (2) of the following: CI, CT, CP, Cyber, Language(s), Geographic, Socio/Economic and Cultural, Science and Technical Intelligence.
Desirable Skills
  • Understanding of Targeting, Collection Requirements and Gaps, Military Intelligence, Special Technical Operations, and Special Access Program communities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technology in layman terms.
  • Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized, and able to manage individual schedule, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.
  • Foreign language skill desired.
