Job Title: Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative user experiences across our digital sports platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling products that drive engagement and deliver value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, customers, and the sports industry to inform product strategy and roadmap.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to write user stories, gather product requirements, and execute the product roadmap.
  • Leverage data, research, and competitive analysis to build and prioritize product features.
  • Think through and articulate user flows, edge-cases, and user journeys to produce unparalleled product quality and experiences.
  • Contribute directly to product KPIs and related business objectives and metrics.
Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager in an agile, B2C digital native app-focused product organization.
  • Deep passion for sports, gaming, and entertainment products that drive empathetic and thoughtful product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simply articulate product outcomes and value propositions to leadership.
  • Collaborative personality, with the ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally across different product teams and teams at Fanatics.
