Core Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with school principals and leadership teams to design and implement professional development initiatives focused on data-driven instruction and curriculum enhancement.

2. Oversee the continuous improvement and updating of curriculum documents for various grade levels and departments.

3. Provide constructive feedback on assessments to ensure high-quality evaluation methods are utilized.

4. Actively participate in building leadership and school improvement teams, contributing to monthly discussions and planning.

5. Engage in training sessions to enhance understanding of effective data usage, instructional strategies, and technology applications.

6. Support building management tasks as directed by the principal, ensuring alignment with district goals.


Building Leadership Responsibilities:

2. Advocate for the work of Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) with a focus on equity and data analysis.

3. Encourage professional risk-taking to achieve significant advancements in student achievement.

5. Communicate the importance of student achievement to colleagues consistently.

6. Assist in planning and facilitating district-wide professional learning opportunities.


Compensation:

The position offers a professional development stipend at an hourly rate of $20.00, with a maximum limit set by district policies. All hours worked will be monitored and approved through designated management software.
