Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality post-acute care to patients

  • Review medical records and charts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Administer medications, verifying dosages and patient information

Qualifications and Skills
  • Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
