- Collaborate with medical staff and residents to develop care plans.
- Track outcomes and review options with physicians and other nursing staff.
- Administer and supervise appropriate treatments and medications to residents.
- Ensure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored.
- Inform residents and family members about best care options.
- Draw blood, urine, and other fluids for lab work.
- Ensure staff compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.
- Verify accurate documentation of medical histories and interventions.
- Supervise nurses and support staff, providing training as needed.
- Assist with incident investigations.
- Current New Jersey state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Successful completion of an approved nursing program.
- 1 year of experience (RN or related role).
- Advanced organizational skills.
