Construction Cost Management Specialist

PPS-HPS is a nationally recognized leader in general contracting and project management services, specializing in commercial build-outs, project rollouts, renovations, and retrofits. We are currently in search of a dedicated Cost Management Specialist who possesses a strong work ethic and a positive demeanor.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Initiate and oversee projects from the moment they are received from the client until all subcontractors are identified and selected if awarded.
- Identify and monitor qualified subcontractors with relevant experience for similar projects.
- Upload project drawings into Bluebeam to facilitate estimators in performing take-offs, submitting RFIs, and completing bid forms.
- Ability to interpret blueprints effectively.
- Previous experience in an office support role within the construction industry.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Construction Management software.
- Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including 401k, profit sharing, health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, referral bonuses, and early leave during summer Fridays.
- Standard work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
