Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Superintendent with Michael Page, you will oversee the on-site management of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules and budgets. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume overall on-site leadership and coordination of construction projects.
- Direct and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and project efficiency.
- Maintain meticulous project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and community stakeholders.
- Enforce stringent safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of five years as a successful Construction Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety practices, regulations, and compliance.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
