Direct Support Professional Opportunity

The Orion Corporation of MN is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to enhance the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities.

We offer a $500 retention/incentive bonus for positions with 14 regular scheduled hours or more per week.

Our team is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients and staff.

We have various scheduling options available, including:

  • Full-time positions with set schedules and every other weekend off
  • Part-time positions with set schedules and paid time off for 20 hours or more per week
  • Fill-in positions with flexible hours and shifts

No experience is required, and all necessary training is provided. You will be paid to complete training, and your starting wage is $16/hour with opportunities for supplemental pay.

All job offers are contingent on passing a background check.
