Your Qualifications...

  • Active legal license required (New Jersey license is a plus).
  • Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years of litigation experience, with prior exposure to medical malpractice defense and/or insurance defense being advantageous.
  • Experience in taking depositions and the ability to strategize, plan, and prepare effectively for them.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Outstanding writing skills and the capability to synthesize complex legal and medical information; journal experience is a plus.
  • Proficient general and legal research skills across various platforms.
  • A strong desire to contribute to a high-performing litigation team and the motivation to excel.
  • A proactive attitude and a commitment to detail in all aspects of work.
