Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences

As a Customer Service Advocate (Delivery) at Carvana, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their purchased vehicles in a timely and satisfactory manner. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate and coordinate the delivery of vehicles to customers, while also providing exceptional customer service through frequent interactions in person, by phone, email, and text.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with customers to schedule vehicle deliveries
  • Ensure vehicles are prepared for delivery by completing a pre-delivery checklist
  • Provide accurate and detailed notes of customer interactions
  • Respond promptly to customer requests and resolve issues and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
