About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Maintain day-to-day financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Staff Management: Create and manage staff schedules, interview, hire, train, and orientate new team members, and oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff.
  • Operations: Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a high-volume food service concept.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
  • Background Screening: Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all documents required by state and federal law.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on results and customer service.
