We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Registered Nurse to join our extraordinary care team at Residential Home Health and Hospice. About the Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with our team to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. You will work closely with our patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and support.

Requirements
  • RN license in the state you work
  • Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing
  • One year of RN experience and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care
  • Current drivers license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
