**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced restaurant leader to join our team as an Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of food quality and service

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably with drive-thru experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or business administration preferred
