Job Summary

We are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to join our team at our Tilton, Illinois location. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of our convenience store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
  • Restock merchandise, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and perform other tasks as assigned by the store manager.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Able to lift periodically.
  • Cashier/cash handling skills.
  • Can walk/stand for shift duration.
  • Able and willing to work weekends and holidays.
