Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Hospice Home Care team in Brevard. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of hospice services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and implement interventions to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Document patient progress, communicate with families and caregivers, and provide education on disease management and end-of-life care.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Nursing, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
  • Compact license may apply, but licensee should confirm with NCBON.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • National certification in area of specialty.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One year of acute care experience.
