Program Overview

This 11-week internship program offers students the opportunity to explore the digital experience side of our Global Wealth and Asset Management (GWAM) business.

Areas of Focus
  • Digital: Design (UX/UI), Marketing Automation, Digital Strategy, Insights & Analytics, Product Management
  • Production: Events, Advanced Analytics

This role is a unique opportunity to learn about not just digital experience, but the industry, and how all areas of the business partner together to drive growth.

What You'll Do
  • Learn about digital experience and the different roles that sit within the GWAM Marketing department
  • Learn about investments and retirement businesses (products, distribution, audiences, industries, etc.)
  • Work on teams and cultivate relationships with stakeholders both within GWAM marketing and digital experience and with our business partners
  • Research various areas of the business and provide input/competitive analysis to inform decision making
  • Participate in brainstorming opportunities and uncover opportunities that could enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes
What We're Looking For
  • Entering junior or senior year in an undergraduate bachelor's program
  • Interest in both digital experience and financial services
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills, including the ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong time management, detail-oriented, strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly while applying creativity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
