Job Summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a highly skilled Retail Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead store team members in delivering outstanding customer service and sales support
  • Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including team member execution of customer service programs
  • Ensure timely processing of buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders
  • Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure
  • Process retail customer returns and exchanges in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and security tasks
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification
  • Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, and knowledge of automotive systems and repair
  • ASE Certification and fluency in multiple languages, with Spanish highly desired
